We pay our crew by the hour as opposed to some of our competitors who pay their workers by the square. We encourage our men to take their time and install each shingle as if they were working on their own home. My crew takes very much pride in each of their roofs. They are friendly and Clint, my foreman, will be happy to answer any questions you might have if I am not there.
